A Love Letter to Bags

The first post is always special, just like your first designer bag or any other “first” in life. For me and Nopai, bags have always been something special. They’re not just accessories; they’re a shared passion that has brought us together from the start and continues to do so today. I wanted to say that bags are our life mission, but let’s not sound too dramatic (even if it might be a little true). Bags represent so much more to us, they’re wishlist items that drive us to work harder and achieve our goals. They bring us joy, both to carry and to admire. They symbolize perseverance, grit, and timelessness. They’re treasures we hope to one day pass down to our daughters. Simply put, we are passionate about bags, period!

By the way, don’t forget to check out our ABOUT US page. For me and Nopai, bags aren’t something we buy on impulse, especially since not all bags hold their value nor we have the budget to spend it all on our wishlist. When it comes to making a purchase, we do our homework. We Google, scroll through forums, binge-watch endless YouTube and TikTok reviews, and ask the opinions of people who’ve owned the bags we’re eyeing. We compare different types of leathers, colors, and sizes, all while figuring out how to get the best deal. It’s a process—and it takes effort to decide if a bag is worth our hard-earned money. But you know what? It’s fun! We genuinely enjoy the investigation.

Over the years, we’ve gone through so many bags and brands at all price points. Not every bag was a keeper or continued to suit our needs—and I’m sure you’ve experienced the same. That’s why we wanted to create this platform: a place where it’s easy to find bags that fit your lifestyle and budget. Beyond the articles you’ll find here, we’ve also built a forum for discussions. It might look a little empty now, but soon, we hope it’ll be buzzing with conversations about bags, shoes, blings and everything else that spark your passion, motivate you to dream bigger, and connect you with people who gets why those things are always on your mind.

Hope to see you there!
